Welcome to LCB Design Construction, where the legacy of craftsmanship and dedication runs deep. We are a family-owned and operated company with a rich history spanning three generations of builders, and our journey begins with a passion for construction that has been nurtured since childhood.
As the third generation contractor, our founder has quite literally grown up on the construction site, having taken their first steps alongside their grandfather in San Francisco. The roots of our company trace back to their grandfather's construction business, which was established in Southern California after his honorable service in the United States Army. Later, the company expanded its footprint to the iconic San Francisco Bay area, where apartments and homes took shape. It was in the heart of San Francisco that their grandfather's career reached its zenith, as he breathed life into homes throughout the city.
Following in the family tradition, our founder's father, who had retired from the United States Air Force, joined the ranks of the construction industry, initially working alongside his father in San Francisco. Subsequently, he embarked on his entrepreneurial journey, establishing his construction company in Vacaville.
The family connection to construction was a constant presence in our founder's life, who spent their formative years working for both their grandfather's and father's companies. Though they did not serve in the military like their forebears, they carry deep gratitude and respect for those who do. Serving our veterans and active-duty military personnel remains a privilege and a source of immense pride for our team.
With a vision to blend their passion for construction with a formal education in design, our founder pursued studies in Interior Architecture and design at both the Academy of Art and Sacramento State. Armed with this knowledge and a lifelong apprenticeship in construction, the idea for LCB Design Construction took shape.
Today, we stand as a company that embodies the essence of family values and unwavering commitment to our clients. Our founder and their father work hand in hand to deliver the highest level of craftsmanship, professionalism, and design expertise. I am the proud owner and third-generation contractor behind LCB Design Construction. With a lifelong passion for construction and a deep-rooted connection to the industry, I have dedicated my career to transforming houses into homes and projects into legacies.
After pursuing studies in Interior Architecture & Design, I saw an opportunity to merge my hands-on construction experience with formal design knowledge, and that's when LCB Design Construction was born. Today, I am not only a skilled contractor but also a design enthusiast, committed to crafting spaces that marry form and function beautifully.
In my role as the owner, I work hand in hand with my father, maintaining the strong family values that have always defined our business. Our clients often become friends, and it's this personal touch that sets us apart.
